- If this is the first time you receive support from a Blueprint consultant, the program that lets us remote control your computer needs to be installed.
a. Left click the yellow warning bar in Internet Explorer
b. Choose "Install ActiveX Control..."
c. When the security warning is displayed, click "Install"
